NextView New Energy Lion HongKong Limited(以下简称NNEL)完成对一家聚焦锂资源勘探开发的境外上市公司 Lithium X Energy Corp.(以下简称Lithium X)进行协议安排（Scheme of Arrangement）收购全部股份。本次收购已完成股份交割、Lithium X已完成私有化退市及在加拿大法律框架下的主要手续。
